Additional terms for contract modification

In this section of the webshop, it is only possible to modify an existing Semel M2 Taximeter Service agreement under the following additional terms:

Changing and/or renewing the device configuration included in the agreement is only possible if the current agreement has been active for more than 16 months
The terms of the current agreement have been complied with
The customer company meets the creditworthiness requirements
Any unpaid order and handling fees from the current contract period are accepted to be charged as a one-time payment
