Start a business

In order to practice a profession, you are required to start a legitimate business through the Patent and Registration office.

Step 2

Get necessary insurance for your business. Running a business requires responsibility and being prepared for damage. That's why it's good to be aware and to find out what kind of obligations professional activities require. An essential part is insurance. Pension insurance, insurance of operations, insurance of the vehicle and transported items must be arranged.

Step 3

Decide what kind of vehicle you plan to use for driving.

According to the taxi, passenger, and goods transport license regulations, the service provider must ensure that any vehicle used in traffic is registered in the register referred to in the Act on the Vehicle Register (541/2003), and that its intended use is marked as licensed transport.
