Semel group delivers PSP (Payment Service Provider) solutions for people on move in mass transit, taxis and private cars. Our goal is to integrate all systems into a solution which meets customer’s business process as well as it is ever possible. This also includes delivery on time as agreed. To meet these targets, it is the duty of all co-workers to both perform and document all work phases as good as possible, to ensure conformity with specifications and targets in projects we deliver. We must constantly improve the quality management system and keep the quality manual updated.

Environmental policy
Semel group focuses on IT-related products and services. Sometimes with field service commitments. Our aim is to develop our products and services, including the electronic hardware, in a more environmentally friendly direction. We are aware of our responsibility for the environment and are actively decreasing the environmental effects of our operations. We continuously develop activities to save on the use of energy consumption and fossil fuel for field service. We constantly waste separate the hardware and scrap old units.
We must all time comply with environmental laws, regulations, and other environmental obligations in customer agreements. We must strive to constantly improve the environmental management system and keep the environmental manual updated.
