Semel Oy strengthens its customer support activities by Ilse-Maj Holmström(MBA) started Service Desk Manager on Monday 2.3.2026.
Ilse-Maj brings with her a strong technical background in taxi systems and experience on the front line of customer support. She has previously worked at DDS Wireless and is known for her ability to bridge the gap between customers' everyday needs and technical solutions.
Her aim is to create a smoother customer experience - and to ensure that help is available quickly and reliably when you need it.
Ilse-Maj has been found to be firm, solution-oriented and approachable. She believes that open communication, well-functioning processes and clear operating models provide the team with better conditions for quality client work.
