A. Semel offers, supplies and services taxi information systems and related equipment to its taxi customers.
B. The parties agree by this Agreement to lease to the Customer the Unit or Units specified on the form, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and its annexes.<\/p>\n

1. The tenancy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Within the framework of this Agreement, Semel will lease the rental property (selected by the Customer in the lease agreement) as set out in Annex 1 to the Customer and the Customer will take possession of the rental property on the commencement date of the rental period. The parties may, by mutual written agreement, change the subject of the lease (Annex 1) during the term of the agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. General rental conditions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Semel shall rent the rental property to the Customer in accordance with this Agreement and Semel's general terms and conditions for rental services (\u201dGeneral Rental Terms\u201d) set out in Appendix 2.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Customer is obliged to pay Semel the rent specified in Annex 1 for each rental period. The terms of payment are determined by the General Rental Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Duration and termination of the contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This Agreement shall enter into force on the Effective Date and shall remain in force for the term of the Agreement selected by the Customer (\u201dActual Term\u201d). After the Initial Term, the Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated by either Party no later than three (3) months prior to the end of the Initial Term. After the Regular Term, either Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement to expire three (3) months after notice of termination. Notice of termination must be given in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Nets and Elavon are responsible for the settlement of EMV transactions received via the Semel mPOS payment terminal. This requires that the company must have a merchant agreement with either Nets or Elavon for the settlement of transactions.
The leased items include the software and maintenance of the equipment. In addition, all Leased Items include the Vuoro.NET Basic service, which the Customer receives free of charge in connection with this Lease. Vuoro.NET is a service that allows the entrepreneur to monitor the data collected by the meter in near real time via the Internet. If the Customer does not accept and does not wish to use the Vuoro.NET Basic service in connection with this Lease Agreement, the Customer should notify myynti@semel.fi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
